Fanhouse - Awards

This feature pitch serves as a deep dive into grounded user research that I did early on in my time at Fanhouse. The findings from this have impacte many future design decisions that still exist today.

During this time, we wanted to uncover more pointed insights about the creator tool ecosystem. In order to gain more data, I facilitated interviews with several prominent content creators.

Based off of my interview findings, I crafted a user persona to help us imagine real users with tangible problems. Throughout my interviews, I noticed several patterns that I translated into experience pillars to incorporate into my design.
